Trailblazers is seeking individuals with a drive for business development to join as entrepreneurs to create a bigger impact across India. If you have a drive for growth, can work independently and are passionate about the outdoors, then you are the right candidate for this opportunity. 

responsibilities

  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through reaching out and networking
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our programs
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Building a strong customer force for Trailblazers
  • Developing and maintaining client relationship for Trailblazers campers in the city
  • Organising marketing events in the city and /or participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of Trailblazers
  • Interfacing with corporates/ schools for sale of camps
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Any other sales and marketing related activities for Trailblazers programs.

requirements

  • Extremely passionate about the outdoors
  • Fluency in English with powerful oral communication skills and the ability to influence
  • Good at networking and having a strong network of their own
  • Well-versed with Microsoft PPT and strong presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales
  • Drive and fire to grow
  • Prior experience in the outdoors (as a traveler/ participant/ trainer) is a must.
  • Any experience in sales/ networking is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently without supervision
  • Graduate in any field
