If you are willing to drive sales of the company by building new clients, whether corporate, school or direct to home, like to travel and believe that the best teacher is travel and nature and persuade these clients to embark on a journey where they can use their holidays in a meaningful manner discovering and learning about themselves thereby building character, you are the person we are looking for. 
The job will include meeting clients and sharing the wonders of meaningful travel with a company of experts, convincing them to buy into our programmes and ensuring they return for more.

responsibilities

  • Understand the camps market and propose programmes suitable to the needs to our target audience.
  • Identifying leads and reaching out to them with our product portfolio
  • Achieving sales targets set out for the year.
  • Planning and executing city wise roll out plan to go pan India.
  • Actively networking with organisations, clubs, groups to seek out new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our programs
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Building a strong customer database for Trailblazers
  • Developing and maintaining client relationship for Trailblazers campers
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales, financial and competitor data
  • Any other sales and marketing related activities for to generate leads and build the Trailblazers brand.
  • Work as per strategy to achieve desired objective of the organisation.
  • Should be in touch with sales developments, new trends, and strategies, and be able to think creatively and inspire your team to work hard and go the extra mile

requirements

  • Graduate with MBA (preferably in Marketing)
  • Prior experience in the outdoors (as a traveler/ participant/ trainer) is a must.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales in the education/ travel industry with proven track record is a must.
  • Ability to lead, self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently without supervision.
  • Extremely passionate about the outdoors.
  • Fluency in English with powerful oral and written communication skills and the ability to influence.
  • Good at networking and having a strong network of their own.
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and strong presentation skills..
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales.
  • Drive and fire to grow.
  • Willingness to travel at short notice.

We are seeking 10 part-time Camp Leaders to execute our camps in India and around the world. You could be a current student/ professional/ unemployed individual looking to work part-time in the field of outdoor camp execution.

  • Execution of camps in India and internationally as and when required.
  • Execution of pre-camp and post-camp tasks.
