A Mental Health Trek - Karnala Fort
Hi all, here's inviting you to stretch your legs and challenge your body as well as mind on this specially curated trek focusing on the deeper connection with nature and mental health. This moderate trek on 4th December 2022 to Karnala fort, Panvel by Trailblazers - The Outdoor School in association with Prafulta is priced at Rs.650 per person. This trek will be conducted by Trailblazers team along with Mental Health professionals.

Please ensure you carry

- Trekking Shoes provide more grip and comfort on trek.
- One Day Backpack 20 to 30 liters.
- Some Dry fruits / Dry Snacks / Energy Bars / Glucon D / ORS / Tang
- Cap and Sunscreen.
- Personal First aid and Personal Medicine. Sanitizer.
- Identity Proof (Mandatory to enter Karnala Bird Sanctuary)
- Please wear Full sleeves and Full Track Pant this will protect from Winter Sun / Thorns / Insects / Prickles.
