The job will include meeting the clients be at home or office and sharing the wonders of meaningful travel with a company of experts who can take the children through a continuous skill building challenges every holiday be it scuba learning in Bali or skiing or snowboarding skills in Switzerland, Japan, Italy or Germany in the alps or unravelling the Himalayan treks or exploring the historical forts and caves in the western gahts. These specially curated outward bound experiences accompanied by a team of well qualified Trailblazers experts is the foremost pitch.

 

responsibilities

  • Understand the direct camps market and propose programmes suitable to the needs to our target audience.
  • Creating and ensuring execution of direct programs for the entire year
  • Creating the annual catalogue, posters and other sales material.
  • Achieving sales targets set out for the year.
  • Planning and executing city wise roll out plan to go pan India.
  • Ensuring a strong online presence for Trailblazers programs.
  • Actively networking with organisations, clubs, groups to seek out new sales opportunities.
  • Reach target audience and set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our programs
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Building a strong customer database for Trailblazers
  • Developing and maintaining client relationship for Trailblazers campers
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales, financial and competitor data
  • Any other sales and marketing related activities for to generate leads and build the Trailblazers brand.
  • Work as per strategy to achieve desired objective of the organisation.
  • Device mechanisms to reach (parents/target audience), generate leads and convert leads to sales.
  • Build and mentor a Direct Sales team, as and when required.
  • Should be in touch with sales developments, new trends, and strategies, and be able to think creatively and inspire your team to work hard and go the extra mile

requirements

  • Graduate with MBA (preferably in Marketing)
  • Prior experience in the outdoors (as a traveler/ participant/ trainer) is a must.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C sales in the education/ travel industry with proven track record is a must.
  • Ability to lead, self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently without supervision.
  • Extremely passionate about the outdoors.
  • Fluency in English with powerful oral and written communication skills and the ability to influence.
  • Good at networking and having a strong network of their own.
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and strong presentation skills..

  • Generate leads with an aim to increase sales and positively contribute to achieve sales targets.
  • Responsible for achieving daily and monthly leads and convert them into sale.
  • Maintain call logs and rigorously follow ups leads or actions as per conversation.
  • Obtain customer information (such as name, address, number, email id) for future reference and record such information.
  • Submit daily reports with details of calls made, leads generated, sale conversion.
  • Developing and maintaining client relationship for Trailblazers campers
  • Sales and sales related activities of all Trailblazers Outbound programmes.
  • Assist in all Trailblazers related activity as and when deputed to do so.

Senior Executive - Accounts

  • Broad responsibilities will include, but not be limited to maintain books of accounts, interact with the company Chartered Accountants, bank, provide MIS to the management, and advise of fiscal prudence as and when required.
  • Perform all the mandatory financial compliances and maintain day to day accounts, deliver general accounting which includes all regular, closing and statutory accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, month end accounting and reconciliations activities. Reconciliations involves ensuring cash/fund moving within the business is tracked, reconciled and substantiated to acceptable levels.
  • Liaising and answering queries with company auditors, bank.
  • Manage and supervise the completion of relevant month-end activities.
  • Ensure compliance, accounts review and relevant regulatory reports.
  • Maintains confidentiality and observes data protection guidelines.
  • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
  • Assist with audit.
  • Liaise with Financial controller and company auditors to improve financial procedures.

requirements

  • Graduate / Post graduate with specialization in Accounting and Taxation having 5 years of experience preferably with IATA reputed travel agency.
  • Excellent knowledge of current regulations (GST, Income Tax) and very well versed with Tally ERP latest version, MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Experience of TDS salaries, contractors, GST, input credit and filing their returns, recent accounting rules and regulations.
  • Ability to lead, self-motivated with a results-driven approach, prioritize and multitask, able to work independently without supervision
  • Should have an experience of MIS reporting..
