  • The applicant male or female must be in the age group of 23 to 27 years, having the experience of camping and must possess the requisite skills of outdoor living and outdoor teaching.
  • Must be first aid trained and have a flair for music instruments/dance/puppetry/story telling or any of the performing arts which will be treated as an additional qualifications.
  • The applicant must be physically fit, have immense patience, have empathy and compassion  and love to travel and share the learnings with an age defining set of campers. Essentially you must be fun to be with.
