The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging our target audience through social media, and effectively communicating our mission through various digital platforms.
Desired Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Excellent writting, spoken skills in English and at least one Indian Language.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation of 2 to 3 years.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for marketing, promoting and selling our unique educational domestic and international travel experiences to schools & colleges across India. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual with the highest level of integrity, excellent communication and negotiation skills and willingness to travel and learn.

- Bachelor's degree Science, Arts or in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

- Proficiency in English is a prerequisite, and fluency in other Indian languages is highly advantageous.

- Planning, organising, and leading or accompanying students’ and adults groups by train, bus, or air to exotic destinations across India.
- Effective coordination with transport partners, meal partners, accommodation partners and at places of visit.
- Provide end to end camp/trip support.
- Collaborate with other participating team members to ensure objectives of the camp/trip is achieved.
- Address grievances of participants during the camp/ trip.
- Conduct activities like Adventure/ team games/ story telling/ team building activities/ wildlife/ environment based / school subject specific, etc.
- Go beyond the call of duty to ensure safety of the participants through the camp/ trip.
- Deal with unforeseen emergencies.
- Complete the pre and post camp/ trip related tasks.
